What Does The Food Manager Certification Course Teach Me?
PSCC Food Manager Certification Course exceeds the state requirements in most states. However, there are many local jurisdictions that may have different requirements and it is up to you to check your local food safety requirements. In addition, many employers also require managers to be certified. The PSCC Food Manager Certification Course has been written to the FDA Food Code and will prepare you to take any of the three exams approved by ANSI and the Conference on Food Protection (CFP). Once you have completed the PSCC Food Manager Certification Course, you will be instructed on how you can register to take a proctored food manager exam. The exam is administered by a national organization and the fees for the exam are not included in the course.

Is This The Same Certificate I Would Get From An In-Classroom Course?
Yes, our course will give you a nationally recognized certification that is comparable to the certification you would receive at a physical school. The benefit of taking the course online is that you can work through the course on your own time and at your own pace.
How Do I Take The Quizzes/Exams?
The quizzes and exams are all computerized and you can take them online. The software will grade the quizzes for you and show you your results on the screen. Your scores are also recorded in an online database.
How long do I have access to the course material?
You will have access to the course material for 1 day after you complete the course and generate your certificate or 1 year after your initial login. In Alabama, you can access the course material for 2 days after your initial login.
If you log in to your account more than 1 day (or more than 2 days in AL) after completing the course and generating your certificate, you will be able to print a copy of your certificate, but will no longer be able to access the course material.
If one of the courses included in the Master Bartender package is not approved in my state, can I get a refund for the course that is not approved?
The Master's package is a package deal, if the Responsible Serving® of food or alcohol is not approved in your state, there is not a prorated refund. The Master's package does have our full refund policy (within 30 days).
Can I re-use a token for a new employee if the employee I assigned it to did not complete the course?
You may receive a credit if the employee has not logged in to the course. Once the student has logged in, the token is used and you cannot receive a credit. The process is automated, if you delete a token, a new token will be provided in your account if the employee has not logged in.
