Waiter/Waitress Course

The Waiter/Waitress course includes all of the information needed to become a top server in any restaurant. Our course includes information on the proper attire to wear to work, on-duty behavior, and traits and skills needed to become a server. Students also learn the table settings for several types of restaurants including casual, fine dining, and banquets. Learn how to memorize the menu, take orders, serve the meal, clear the table, and present the check. We also give you tips on liquor, beer, and wine service.
